How we think about protecting this site, our correspondence with you, and our products at a high level.
Transport & hosting
Our public websites are served over HTTPS. Infrastructure providers and configurations evolve with each deployment; we apply sensible defaults for TLS, access control, and patching on systems we operate directly.
Payments & third parties
Where we process card payments (for example via Stripe), card data is handled by the payment provider—not stored on our application servers for those flows. Product integrations such as Woo Payram communicate with your configured Payram deployment; review Payram’s documentation for custody and network assumptions.
Contact form
Messages sent through our contact flow may be relayed to operational mailboxes for response. Do not submit passwords or highly sensitive secrets through the form; use encrypted channels when appropriate.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in our websites or a Bediot-maintained product surface, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We aim to acknowledge credible reports and work toward remediation proportional to risk.
Please avoid intrusive scanning or disruption of production systems; follow coordinated disclosure in good faith.
