One place for how we handle questions—whether you’re exploring a project, using something we ship, or reporting a security concern.

Channels

  • Email: [email protected] — best for most topics (projects, partnerships, product help). Include context: what you’re trying to achieve, URLs or versions if relevant, and what you’ve already tried.
  • Contact form: Use Contact or the header button when you prefer a structured brief; submissions reach the same team.

Response expectations

We aim to acknowledge most enquiries within a few business days. Scope reviews, technical investigations, or anything needing logs and reproduction may take longer—we’ll say so when we need more time or information.

This isn’t a 24/7 call-centre SLA; if you need contracted turnaround times for production systems, say so when you reach out and we can align on something explicit.

Custom work & retainers

For engineering engagements—builds, integrations, infrastructure, and ongoing support—we scope channels and expectations in writing per engagement (milestones, office hours, escalation paths) so they match the risk and uptime you need.

Woo Payram & other products

Woo Payram (WooCommerce gateway to a self-hosted Payram server): overview and FAQs on the product page; Payram server behaviour in Payram’s docs. Email us with your site URL, WordPress / WooCommerce versions, and plugin settings where safe—renewals and license keys are tied to checkout email where applicable.

Other plugins or platform extensions we publish will follow the same pattern: product page first, then email with versions and reproduction steps. Third-party platforms (for example Shopify apps not built by us) aren’t covered here—use their listed support channels.

Security

Suspected vulnerabilities in our sites or Bediot-maintained products should follow our security disclosure guidance—please don’t publish exploit details before we’ve had a chance to assess them.
